Questions we get asked
Where do most teams start?
It depends on where the pressure is coming from. If your users are already expecting AI features, we usually start with the product experience. If the pressure is internal, from leadership asking for an AI strategy, we start with discovery and roadmapping. Either way, we help you figure out what's worth building before you build it.
Do we need to switch platforms or models?
Not necessarily. We work with the major platforms and can help you choose the right one for your situation, or work within what you've already committed to.
How do we make sure the AI stays accurate and safe?
Governance is built into how we work, not added at the end. That includes how models are selected, how outputs are validated, where humans stay in the loop, and how the system is monitored over time.
We already use ChatGPT or Copilot across the team. Is that the same thing?
Not quite. Using AI tools means your team gets faster answers and better drafts. That's useful, but it doesn't change what your product does or how your operations run.
